This vineyard specializes in vin du terroir dessert wines, utilizing a more traditional approach. The icewine grapes are hand picked from the vines in winter at about -10C.

| The vineyard, which is located in the beautiful Missisquoi Valley, has massive stone walls supporting 18 terraces and is accompanied by a new renaissance style banquet hall for 150 p capacity, a Romanesque stone chapel and four levels of medieval wine cellars. A must-see! The vineyard is also available for weddings, corporate events and private functions.

Tours: Every Wednesday and Sunday at 1:30 p.m. from June to end of October; no minimum group size or reservation required. Also, at any time by reservation for groups of 8 or more please call or e-mail in advance.Tour : $ 20 per person. Tour with tasting : (2 hour duration) $ 30 per person
