Services: For the winter Hatha Yoga classes will take place at Satya Yoga Sutton.  Tuesdays 10 am - 11:30 am, Saturdays 8:45 am - 10 am and Zumba on Tuedays 12 pm - 1 pm. Upon request private classes are possible. Hatha Yoga classes offered to adults, children and families both outdoors and in studio. Not to be missed in the summer….yoga and hiking activity along the P.E.N.S. trails of Mount Sutton, allowing you to connect with the energy of the mountain and to be transported by the truly sublime views.
