Quebec National Day : June 23, 2013

On this day, French Canadians honor their patron saint, Saint Jean-Baptiste (John the Baptist). Here in Sutton we celebrate this legal holiday with lively festivities including live music and a firework display.  Where?  Municipal park on Western street in Sutton. Coupe Des Amériques :  July 5-6-7, 2013

This years the 29th edition of the pre-eminent Master North American road race cycling championship. Its a great spectator events and regarded as one of the best organized cycling events of the year. If you want to participate visit Coupe des Ameriques

Tour des Arts :  July 13 - 21, 2013

Celebrating 25 years!!  A week long celebration of 40 local artists and craftsmen centred around a studio tour and sale dotted through out Sutton and the beautiful countryside of the Eastern Townships. For a full listing of all the studios visit Tour des Arts

Swiss National Day Celebration : 3 August 2013

Friday, get ready for a great afternoon and evening with the sidewalk sale, exposition of Swiss artists at Farfelu from 11:00am to 9:00pm, also a mini fair in part of the parking lot beside the post office with local products for sale.  There will also be musicians playing from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

 

There are also Tombola tickets on sale at the Information Office at 24A, Principale South.

Saturday, for the 37th year the Swiss Community will gather at Mont SUTTON to celebrate the Swiss national holiday. Open to all for a small entry fee, the day long celebration features Swiss music, folkloric events, foods and sports such as rifle shooting. Enjoy hiking the mountain and dancing in the evening.

Mont Sutton Fall Festival : 14 September - 14 October 2013

Sutton's Fall festival. Each weekend the principal chairlift at Mont SUTTON will give you the chance to hike or just take in the breathtaking fall colours, participate in workshops, enjoy music or barbecue.

Sutton Jazz Festival : September 13 -  October 5 2013

Quoi de Neuf? Artisan Show and Sale:  October 19-20, 2013

A wonderfully ecclectic collection of quality crafts; up to 40 artisans throughout two floors, in a beautiful setting overlooking Sutton Mountain, in the Quebec`s popular Eastern Townships wine region.  Raffle proceeds to benefit the Sutton and Lac Brome Food Banks.

Sutton En Blues : October 19 -  November 23, 2013

The 11th edition of this popular festival features 'cool' blues bands in the 'hot' atmosphere of host venue Auberge des Appalaches. A great chance to get up close and personal on Saturday nights with some of the greatast Canadian blues bands.

Sutton's Christmas Market, is like no where else!   Get your Christmas shopping done with local artists, creators and local farm products.  Full of different activities throughout the weekend.
